ORDERING, SHIPPING & RETURN
Ordering and Shipping Information:

- Orders for both retail and wholesale can be done by taking a screenshot/photo of the item along with desired quantity.
- Items are only sold by the piece or by the yard.
- Placing order(s) can be organized and submitted via email or text.
- We ship orders via USPS Standard shipping ($8.00). Otherwise, please be specific with your preferred shipping speed.
- Order for pick-up is available.
- Please provide contact number upon placing an order in case we need to contact you.
- All orders are shipped within 3 business days.
- We ship anywhere in the U.S. and Mexico.
- Sales tax exemption certificate is accepted.
Return Information:
- Items that were sold as pieces/roll can be returned and refunded upon approval by store management.
- Clearance items and materials that were cut are sold as final sale and can NOT be returned/refunded.
- Applicable items may be exchanged, please contact us for more details and approval.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Return shipping costs are at customer's expense.
- All returns must be returned or at least postmarked within 15 days of purchase in the same condition it was purchased/received by customer.
- Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately regarding any problems with your purchase.
